To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去左威院檢查，臨急臨忙都未食早餐，行到去新樓２樓見呢個cafe就入去睇下有冇野啱食，見到雪櫃有啲冷麵既東西，好似幾好食咁，就揀左呢款蕎麥冷麵沙律黎食下先，再買一支雜莓果汁，一於係咁話！當等姑娘抽血既時候，我就打開個沙律食，沙律入面有蕎麥冷麵，青瓜絲，青紅黃甜椒和蕃茄仔，加上千島醬撈埋一起，蕎麥冷麵軟硬適中，加埋咁多新鮮蔬菜，個味道好清新，好好食，雖然冇肉响入面，但都唔會覺得寡，仲不停口咁食添，真係好鬼好食！雜莓果汁酸酸甜甜好醒胃，又健康，成個早餐感覺真係好健康，下次有機會再買過先！
