食早餐是健康的好習慣,揀健康的食物也是很重要的,我很少在早餐食肉,多數會食蛋加麥片加蔬菜。今日就係茄蛋三文治加一杯奶茶,新鮮的番茄加上炒滑蛋,厚厚的三文治,份量十足,食完就充滿能量啦。😘😘
