近年香港人崇尚健康,流行多菜少肉,所以齋菜亦大行其道,上星期我就同左幾個朋友去左白加士街嘅“大中華素食”,品嚐左佢地多款特式齋菜。當日我地點左:1)生炒芥末骨,外觀與生炒骨十分相似,味道酸酸甜甜,炸得非常脆口。2)藜麥沙律麵線蝦,藜麥釀係青瓜裡面,又可當裝飾,又健康,幾有新意;麵線蝦炸得十分爽脆,脆卜卜,好有口感。3)陳皮菊花蛇羹,有少少陳皮味,加上菊花香味,與真蛇羹不惶多讓。另外,餐廳最近做緊多項優惠,下午茶時段半價;用Wwhatsapp訂位,食滿$300,可減$100,確實相當超值,大家不妨一試。
