有食齋同事離職,我們請他食飯送别,同事好喜歡去觀塘的一心素食,說那兒的素食好好味,今晚我們就往聚餐,試一試食素的味道。食店地方都好大,乾淨企理,坐位寬敞舒適。士多啤梨咕嚕肉,用猴頭菇做咕嚕肉,口感真的好像食緊肉,但又冇肉甘實,醬汁濃郁,酸酸甜甜好醒胃。孜然雞小腿4件,用腐皮做的雞小腿,外層炸過,口感香脆,可以點些酸甜汁,提升味道。肉絲炒麵:麵底半煎炸至微焦黃,材料有素肉、冬菇、芽菜,再打返個玻璃獻汁鋪上麵上,麵條夾埋材料和調得夠味的獻汁食,卜卜脆的口感,十分美味。豉椒牛肉炒麵:用樣有卜卜脆麵底,一片片的素牛肉幾可亂真,用上豉椒做獻汁,多了一份惹味的感覺!菜蜜鴛鴦
