前日做完運動,決定補充下蛋白質。諗起好耐冇飲過豆漿同食豆腐花,去咗黃埔一豆花,買外賣返屋企食。🥤豆漿有4個口味:無糖,少糖,燕麥同薏米。少糖:冇咁甜,健康啲。燕麥:食到燕麥粒粒,幾有口感,夠飽肚可以代一餐。薏米:呢款幾好飲,有啲似薏米腐竹糖水。豆腐花我就試咗桂花,薑汁,芝麻糊同薏米白果口味。幾鍾意芝麻糊豆腐花,芝麻糊吾會太甜,豆腐花幾滑。最鍾意呢度嘅腐乳,揀咗唔辣✖️🌶️,用嚟送粥真係一流😍😍
