Peggy我成日食嘢都大魚大肉多肉小菜其實都幾唔健康㗎,同事今次介紹我嚟食呢一間饗量,佢主打健康均衡飲食,啱晒我哋呢啲中環嘅打工仔對於唔鍾意食菜嘅我嚟講,食咁多菜其實都幾辛苦,但原來只要調味得宜,唔鍾意嘅嘢都變得幾好味我今次就揀咗bowl自由自選-烤菜花 (36.8kCal) (+$15)-烤南瓜 (18.7kCal) (+$8)-羽衣甘藍 (8.9kCal) (+$8)-櫻桃番茄 (12kCal) (+$8)-青瓜 (8.9kCal) (+$8)-醃白蘿蔔 (24kCal) (+$6)-香醋蜜醬 (23.5kCal) (+$3)落單嘅時候仲可以睇到有幾多卡路里,加幾多錢,而且味道都相當唔錯!份量亦都超級足夠!唯一唔太方便嘅係佢喺雲咸街,斜路比較多,但我都係當減肥嘅一部份睇,成件事就好似好啱咁
