To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次嚟九龍灣做gym都一定會食嘅紅米雞胸飯 呢一間大快活嘅位置非常便利而且好近我嘅占房 雞胸飯係健身人士必備嘅食物 價錢係$45亦都合理唔太貴講返嘢食先 通常我食呢個飯都會走汁然之後自己再叫一個茄汁 因為好多時佢哋個汁都會比較素 唔太啱我口味 個飯一共有三樣嘢 第一樣就係紅米飯 第二樣就係蔬菜 第三樣就係雞胸 紅米飯唔會太濕/太乾係恰到好處 蔬菜都有蘿蔔娃娃菜都可以接受唔會太難食 呢個飯最出色嘅係當然係雞胸 佢係採用慢煮同慢煎嘅做法 令到雞胸可以鎖住肉汁而且中間唔太乾又唔熱氣 比起我平時係屋企煎雞胸更加好食 營養又可以補充足夠嘅碳水化合物同埋足夠嘅蛋白質 岩曬做Gym人士啦!
