夏威夷Poke bowl近黎變左我既至愛🤪,皆因食材以新鮮、健康為主。今日黎到大角咀呢間小店,見Menu幾吸引,除左有幾款signature,仲可以自己配搭主食、飯底、醬汁及調味料等等。餐廳唔算好大,但都乾淨好企理。*健身之鬼 $88*睇個名就知道係為健身人士🏋️而設,主食係慢煮雞胸,仲有玉子絲、枝豆、車厘茄配埋鰹魚昆布汁同埋壽司飯。另外我仲自己加$25要多份三文魚,蛋白質一百分💯😍。食材都係新鮮既,係略嫌雞胸少左D,不過鰹魚昆布汁少少咸送飯好好味。*我全都要 $123*分別有三文魚、吞拿魚、蟹子、牛油果、香菇、山葵蛋黃醬配壽司飯。三文魚同吞拿魚都係新鮮唔腥既,但係蛋黃醬就辣D,差點食到流眼水🤣。牛油果🥑賣相靚,又有營養,呢度到加唔少分。*高蛋白可可香蕉奶昔 $50*多到滿瀉🤣,又係健身人士💪🏻喜愛既飲品,用朱古力味蛋白粉同香蕉加冰塊攪拌而成,更加聲稱一杯有30g 蛋白質🤤 好啱健身人士操前餐或操後餐飲用。
