To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 家庭成員少,有事難商討,一生要自強,老如有一寶。閑來無事的星期六下午,一定要安排節目及接靚太收工,相相對對共渡時光。而在網上搜尋後,才知道<<香港老飯店>>在中環開設了新鋪。我從前已光顧它的九龍店,並在服務上獲得不愉快經歷。此次由靚太提意,並由我和議,去審查它中環店有否可取之處。行動開始於正午十二點半,身穿 T 恤短衭進入設在地庫之酒樓大堂,靜望面前環境算是寬敞,並無大厦樑柱遮擋我與職員相方視線,而堂上客人也只得六枱,我站立於入口處,再作出猶疑且謹慎的觀察,感覺一片安寧與自由,未有職員使出突擊手法,我可以安然地找到一張位配合是次行動之餐枱,其遠觀位置良好,附近已有食客就坐,令我對酒樓出品早着先機。族語有話: 知己知彼丶百戰百勝。“涼拌蝦乾土豆絲”及“麻油素雞”都是較有中國北方風味之餐前小食,兩者之主原材料皆是清淡,須要細嚼才可發揮及達到素香之風。我雖然不是素食者,也知道麻油的重要,它可供給食素人士多類維生素,更添加菜式香味。但此兩款菜式的麻油味道未能搶先奪機把我牽著走。唯獨是蝦乾甘甜,剛剛可配合土豆絲一同慢嚼,如土豆絲再加炒製,便能互相輝映。主食就以包點

主食就以包點來檢視飯店的細心程度,我選了“鮮肉鍋貼”丶“鮮肉小籠飽”及“梅菜肉包”。兩款以豬肉製造的鮮肉點心,外皮相當結實,放在嘴裏仍有麵團粉味。

用筷子挾起小籠飽時要注意是否黏貼着底紙,否則會失去肉汁,失去其重要賣點。廚師手上功夫應有改善空間。而鍋貼底部剛是夠脆,肉汁也被外皮吸收了,沒甚驚喜帶給我。

肉包子造得非常傳統,豬肉份量只作點綴,而外皮不黏口腔又十分有彈性,但我食不到廚師所採用的梅菜類別,是鹹的還是甜呢?不過,對我這愛吃蒸飽的人就是好選擇了。
溫馨提示:如選擇午餐時段,一點鐘前或後入座,就一定要訂枱,啲樓面職員記性好,以觀察就知我是第一次光顧,所以此店有充足的捧場客啊!
