To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日行九龍灣突然想食米線又唔想食連鎖果間x仔,想換換口味, 找到雲桂香,呢個名經常係唔同地方出現近似,當然唔知係唔係同一間。坐地叫左兩碗米線同一個小食,一碗係酸辣小鍋米線配豬軟骨和腩肉,較幼身的米線口感硬度岩岩好,是我喜歡的硬度,豬軟骨炆得好入味又夠軟身,腩肉冇肥膏全瘦再加上簿切,呢種腩肉我先會食,湯底亦好濃郁,飲完唔口渴,另一碗係麻酸辣豬頸肉豬大腸小鍋紅薯粉,豬頸肉正常好難煮得唔好味,豬大腸都好入味,但略嫌太細塊可以厚切增加口感,小食叫了千層豬耳,非常推介,好好味,並不麻辣油浸豬耳,面是簡單黑醋蒜茸百耳,要心機疊去多層豬耳讓佢凝結再薄切一片片,不過小食都偏貴。
