星期日黎圓方睇戲,順便揀咗附近嘅台灣菜餐廳。午飯時間嚟到,人流唔算多。好多人已經食完埋單。我哋三人被安排咗去六人枱。坐落好寬鬆舒服。我哋點左六樣野。三杯雞一上菜就聞到陣陣香味,食落去都好惹味,但遺憾不是用新鮮的雞製,而是用一塊塊的雞肉,口感略差,但煮法是正宗的。櫻花蝦炒飯略嫌味道太淡。就像只加了鹽去調味的炒飯。新竹炒米粉味道過咸,如果不過咸的話,味道還是可以的。炸柯仔很酥脆,炸粉均勻,配上特製醬汁很突出蠔仔的鮮味。飲品我們選了菠蘿果醋和梅子綠茶。前者味道酸酸甜甜很開胃,後者味道很怪。整體而言菜式都大致滿意,就是調味過重和過輕需要改善。
