To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期一,預定4位到彩福吃龍蝦,叫6只龍蝦,2只開也清蒸,4只上湯開邊。先吃清蒸,算不錯。再來一盤上湯,3塊開邊龍蝦,其餘全部碎上,朋友高談闊論,也叫很多其他菜式,一時不為意。彩福尖沙咀店估不到咁樣呃秤,最後問明友大家計各自食幾多,才發現上湯開邊4只,根本不夠數,開邊變成碎件上呃客(.朋友估有可能昨晚食剩),以後不會再來。今時今日,疫情下難得客人幫襟,還出這種小動作,加上整餐服務員態度又一般,真不知該店日後何以生存。
