To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天氣凍，諗住食石鍋飯暖下。係收銀到都等左陣，兩個阿姐見到我，寧願擰轉背擺靚d豬手都唔理個客。直到第三個姐姐見到，先叫個兩個其中一個收銀。 姐姐同我講外賣話唔會有飯焦，我預左，覺得可以接受無問題。嗌左「溫泉蛋·牛肉·石頭鍋飯」，張圖有豆芽，菠菜，2款泡菜，蘿蔔，肉同溫泉蛋，一共7樣野$64。返到屋企一打開，只係得蘿蔔，肉，溫泉蛋，仲有一堆蔥當一個餸。望住盒飯好無言，以為係咁都無法，直到一邊食一邊睇openrice韓樂其他分店，先發現差好遠，即使唔係俾齊晒7樣餸，都有5、6樣。究竟係今日特別d，定平時都係咁就唔知喇。之前食過下午茶野菌豚肉炒烏冬好油，早餐蕃茄濃湯好食嘅，但個湯底同意樂一樣。希望韓樂快d執，換同集團意樂或者其他食肆仲好
