西環馳名的源記係天后重開,咁岩開左係我屋企樓下非常近,又好想再食佢的蓮子桑寄生茶滋陰補腎神助眠下,於是即刻去試下啦新店比舊店更加大餐廳有提供鹹點,懷舊小食及糖水。我地三個人嗌左蘿蔔糕,炸蕃薯,混醬腸粉,小食價錢每款大約20元。甜品方面叫左桑寄生蓮子茶,合桃糊,杏仁露。桑寄生蓮子茶蓮子茶的味道溫和帶甘甜香口,蓮子夠軟。店員話佢地每日都會逐粒去芯,味道吾會苦,整個口感都好舒服,非常適合日常飲用。我仲加左幾粒芝麻湯圓落糖水,一樣好食合桃糊同杏仁露的口感好香滑濃郁,糖水質數與別不同,經過浸焗炒的工序再用石磨機生磨而成的糖水,除左香滑亦都夠細膩,感覺每啖都好足料。鹹點方面我最喜歡店家自製的蘿蔔糕同炸蕃薯蘿蔔糕提供左3款醬料 甜醬 辣醬 胡椒粉因為宜家酒樓食的蘿蔔糕口感一式一樣又硬骨骨但源記的蘿蔔糕真係好好食,係人手全手工,逐底炒做的味道。蘿蔔糕香口,質感吾會鬆散又有輕盈實在的口感,啖啖臘味味,一定要食。炸蕃薯蕃薯同炸衣都夠甜,傳統得黎又好食腸粉
