太古城星輝台智星閣地下有一間叫點煲的飯店,以煲仔飯和備長炭火燒雞出名。今日晚飯叫咗一碟青瓜木耳,青瓜係非常之新鮮爽口,酸酸的好開胃。來點煲一定要食燒雞,舖頭內見到櫃內吊住一隻隻光🐔,有客人點🐔嘅時候,就會立即攞去燒。因為用碳燒這種烹調方式,能夠賦予雞肉獨特的炭火香味和口感,等了約25-30分鐘,熱辣辣香噴噴嘅雞上枱啦,客人自己用剪刀剪開雞,雞皮不肥膩,金黃色、脆卜卜,雞殼裏面留有好多雞嘅汁,雞肉原汁原味, 十分美味。其實佢嘅煲仔飯都好正嘅,我哋叫咗金銀蒜蓉開邊蝦煲仔飯,啲飯唔會肥肥膩膩咁,飯係一粒粒有飯焦嘅,有專業水準,值得吃。食煲仔飯加杯普洱茶,真不錯。值得再訪。
