有晚去咗鰂魚涌點煲食飯,坐低叫咗壺菊花杞子茶。淡淡菊花味幾香。之後見到燒雞好吸引,叫咗一隻。喺等候嘅同時叫咗前菜:花雕浸雞腎,雞神細細粒,幾爽口,酒香味道非常濃郁。點煲煲仔飯,所以我哋都叫咗一煲的金銀蒜開邊蝦煲仔飯。煲仔飯熱辣辣仲有飯焦,米飯煮得剛剛好,蝦肉充滿蒜香味,再加埋煲仔飯豉油、豬油食。備長炭火燒雞由於是即叫即燒,所以需要等30分鐘,但是等待嘅時間也是值得嘅。雞肉的外皮燒得很脆,肉質鮮嫩,充滿著雞油香。上枱時附送剪雞大法教你點樣剪開隻雞食,真係好貼心。
