To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日嚟到中環蛇王芬,一間好傳統食蛇羹嘅地方,相信已經有好耐嘅歷史。之前食餐廳—天天海南雞飯亦都有同佢crossover,所以喺天天食到海南雞之餘亦食到蛇羹。同朋友叫咗兩個蛇羹餐。馳名鴦腸糯米飯+太史蛇羹 HKD 178 (我哋叫咗兩份) - 蛇羹本身已經配咗啲卜卜脆,一啲香草咁嘅嘢,所以我平時食蛇會落醋,但今次都覺得夠味唔使落,我覺得佢嘅蛇都幾足料,咁啱今日天氣凍,食完好暖身。糯米飯我略嫌佢比較淋,做唔到粒粒分明,生炒糯米飯新鮮香口嘅效果,所以有啲失望。性價比應該比起好多食蛇嘅地方低,屬於偏貴嘅價格,不過佢似係一間比較似酒家嘅地方,有好多唔同嘅小炒同埋煲仔飯,而且喺中環地區,同埋歷史悠久,我覺得都可以一試。
