To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

傳統味道 爆漿脆多士

呢間位於士美菲路熟食中心嘅誠記一直都好受西環乃至中上環嘅人歡迎。筆者好多朋友都推薦自己去試下誠記，話d嘢食仲正宗過傳統嘅茶餐廳，拍得住以前冰室嘅水準，所以筆者特登搭車黎食個下午茶。筆者叫左一個咖央多($7)同一個西多士($16)，先講講咖央多，佢嘅醬料係非常正宗嘅塗醬，並唔係只係食到一味嘅甜膩。唯一比較上不足嘅係，多士唔算太熱，無左麵包嘅香味，不過脆度足夠。至於西多士，筆者認為係自己食過嘅所有西多士入面最好食嘅，佢用嘅麵包非常鬆軟，有彈性至於更加吸收晒落嘅醬料，一咬落去同爆漿無分別。另外麵包同蛋漿炸嘅程度拿捏得岩岩好，而且佢係即叫即整，之後再落煉奶同牛油，份量絕對唔少，所以筆者建議要趁熱食，如果唔係就有機會令到西多士變軟同結實，影響口感。

筆者叫左一個咖央多($7)同一個西多士($16)，先講講咖央多，佢嘅醬料係非常正宗嘅塗醬，並唔係只係食到一味嘅甜膩。唯一比較上不足嘅係，多士唔算太熱，無左麵包嘅香味，不過脆度足夠。
