要左7️⃣成熟,大路食法。都幾大一塊,有大半吋的厚度,7成肉質幾嫩,無血水,顏色依然粉嫩,怕生可以烘多一陣先食。

📌熊妹見樹熊揀左牛,無謂又揀牛變成得牛食,所以揀什扒,咩都有。

豬、牛、雞扒各一塊,仲有一片煙肉、一片火腿同一條腸仔,同樣地,有雜豆,蕃茄片同薯條托底。

豬扒同雞扒就比較普通貨,鞋左啲啲,味道都係靠住濃烈的蒜蓉汁調味。反而牛扒都幾淋,唔係雪藏牛扒,肉質好嫩無血水,比肉眼薄啲仲易入口。
