To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

馬拉西亞喳喳 $20勁足料，有好多唔同豆，又有芋頭，再加上椰汁，超香滑香濃，飽肚。完全係正宗既味道。陳皮紅豆沙 $20紅豆煲到溶晒，溶到得少少豆肉，非常之入味夠火候，每啖都有香甜紅豆味，再加一陣陣陳皮味，非常滋潤！絕對係傳統既味道。魚蛋牛柏葉魷魚 $8/1串 $20/3串自製沙嗲醬，沙嗲味濃，典型街頭風味，絕配。睇得出自家醬濃郁有誠意。。📍係土瓜灣，位置有d唔方便，但有成37年歷史，非常傳統既味道。值得一試。
