To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 冬天真梗係要食蛇羹!嚟到中環,個個都會嚟蛇王芬食!平時好少食蛇,見今年真係好凍,所以就想試吓!呢間餐廳係一間有歷史嘅餐廳,基本上遊客呢度都會食,反而我呢個香港人從來都未食過🤣餐廳嘅裝修係有一種懷舊嘅感覺,但都唔會覺得污糟,反而覺得好有feel!我哋叫咗一碗細蛇羹.本身都唔知道會係啲咩味,原來都幾似雞肉,當然入邊一定有溝雞肉絲,識得出入邊有陳皮!食完個感覺好補身!我哋仲有叫咗個糯米飯以為細細碗,點知勁足料!入邊有超多臘腸同潤腸,啖啖都有料,超豐富!糯米又好冧!我哋再叫左啫啫雞煲!超香!原來係傳統做法,有埋豬潤!超惹味!如果無叫糯米飯,係應該叫白飯配!原來餐廳開始轉型,有好多新派菜式,但我哋發現得太遲,下次再黎試下

本身都唔知道會係啲咩味,原來都幾似雞肉,當然入邊一定有溝雞肉絲,識得出入邊有陳皮!食完個感覺好補身!
