這間潮州私房菜不錯,地方舒服,每個菜式都很好味,又有特色,有傳統煮法,也有改良牌煮法,但有幾款特別喜歡。前菜,香煎小海魚,是鳳尾魚,煎得很香脆,好好味。青瓜拌海哲,很香的麻油味,青瓜及海哲很新鮮。潮州鯇魚凍,這個傳統的菜,用鯇魚加入梅子汁做成,味道鮮甜可口。元朗楊氏烏頭魚,其實是鹽酥魚皮及凍魚肉,將魚皮加入少少醃料炸得很鬆脆,但並不油膩,非常好味。拍蒜豆醬薑炒春菜苗,看似菜蒲,原來是醃薑,春菜苗非常嫩,大家配合得很好味。另外腐皮蝦卷及手打墨魚餅,非常彈口及鮮甜。
