聽朋友講有間上樓私房菜好正,而且是名師主理, 今次同朋友食到津津有味呀🤭「凍食魷魚筒」這款廚盤我好喜歡,好咬口而且開胃😉「七味炸豆腐」炸至金黃外脆,內裡豆腐好滑🙂「家鄉千層肉」千層肉像水晶一樣😎「滷水鵝片拼鵝腸腎」潮州菜點少得滷水鵝片,好入味😍 仲有很久沒有食鵝腸,正呀😌「家鄉韭菜蠔仔烙」有家鄉風味的,每隻蠔都圓轆轆中size, 不會太多粉醬,我最愛了🥰「潮州紅燒花膠魚翅」潮州翅呀,好大塊魚翅😙 食到停唔到口「潮式風乾煎馬友魚」這款馬友煎得好香!外面脆口😃「馳名上湯方魚焗雞」好滑嫩的雞,不會太油,雞皮簿身👍🏻「蒜子金勾浸紹菜」食返碟菜平衡下味覺是必要的「家鄉乾燒雙面黄」雙面黃也是潮州名菜,炸至外脆內裡仍有麵感,而且緊記加醋同糖水,另一番味道🥰「潮汕香葱返沙芋」是一種懷舊菜式,沙芋真的起沙,靚呀😍「時令鮮果」波子提子🍇 備註:🔺由於是私房菜,緊記訂台🤭🔺2公婆主理,感到親切的服務😉
