(高木炭火鳥燒)在清風雅靜的尖沙咀棉登徑落户,附近也有各種日系小館,唯獨(高木)的傳統炭火燒實為吸引。適逢世界盃的六月,當然要先小酌一杯,邊看球賽邊目廚師父細心烹調。露筍豬肉卷 ($32) 經炭火輕燙的豬肉溢出double油脂,捲上鮮露荀味道頗夾。香蔥牛肉卷 ($42)香蔥牛肉甚為佳配,不用多説,香濃牛肉汁在口中爆發。燒日本年糕 ($32) 第一次嚐燒年糕,內外温度的差異讓其咬口更軟糯,感覺非常新穎。車厘茄煙肉卷 ($26) 本人更注重蔬果與肉類的mix and match,不太膩之餘也充滿肉香,oishi(好味)。烏冬 熱 ($68) 採用加倍濃縮鰹魚汁作烏冬湯底,讓掛湯能力高的稻庭烏冬更富鮮味。
