約左老友大埔食嘢，黎左呢間位於大埔超級城的#德國餐廳，品嘗一下佢哋嘅招牌菜#豬手至得☺️。傳統德國白豬手配酸椰菜，好大份的豬手，皮煮得非常之煙韌，皮下的肥肉不多，咬落油脂甘香，很有咀嚼感，連平時敢唔食皮的老友，都唔抵得要要埋佢，瘦肉的部份，肉質帶粉紅色，食落有咸香味很好吃，點配埋醬汁更添美味，令人食指大動。伴碟有薯蓉同酸菜，酸菜將肥膩度減低，同時亦令人開胃。再點埋杯咖啡☕️同荔枝綠茶加芝泡，慢慢嘆下認真爽丫。
