To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 細細個成日經過蛇王芬,有啲街名未必記得,深刻嘅舖頭或老字號就自然成為地標,呢間喺香港已經超過八十年嘅老店,依家由第四代掌舵,兩年前仲喺沙田開咗間二線新派粵菜餐館,行年輕化路線。蛇羹(碗) $140已經N年無食過,今次特登嚟食,除咗蛇肉,仲有木耳絲、果皮、筍絲丶雞絲丶花膠,而薄脆丶檸檬葉先係我對蛇羹嘅回憶,缺一不可。腊味糯米飯(小) $150呢度嘅切肉臘腸丶鮮鴨潤腸係交由相熟工場所製,特別鍾意潤腸,酒香丶甘香而不膩,如果加啲蔥花就更靚仔好味喇~竹笙上素煲 $140本身好鍾意食竹笙,上素煲有粟米芯丶筍丶菇丶油麥菜等,滾住上枱,夠哂熱辣辣!黑糖三棗桂圓薑母茶 $28與時俱進,傳統菜館竟然有呢幾款茶飲,薑母茶甜度適中,有薑丶圓肉,冬天最啱飲。
