To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 週末天，閒來無事，攞咗鏟同屋企人去了這飯店飲茶。坦白講，這兒嘅茶點充滿咗驚喜。首先，嗰叉燒腸，真係得意㗎！ 😋 外皮腍得黎又唔會太膩，叉燒肉味道剛剛好，幾正！食落去真係口感滑溜，回味無窮。跟住，馬拉糕就有少少令人無語 —— 開始我以為"唔錯呀"，咬落去好似有啲overcooked，硬啲，食落去有點噶力😅。不過，轉戰食鳳爪，又平衡返啲。雖然咸咗一細丁，但腍到極點，鳳爪腍到哂骨，掂！最後，山竹牛肉同燒賣就真係係今次食怏怏嗰兩樣突圍出來嘅甜頭了啦。山竹係牛肉裏頭帶嚟拍手叫好嘅爽脆口感，仲有埋嗰喼汁，簡直係媲美過山車嘅味覺刺激👍。而燒賣，食落去蝦仁得意彈牙，冇遮掩嘅鮮味，絕對一於正路！哎吔，真係話多了都白搭，總之呢啲點心令我回味無窮，下次仲會再嚟嫁！記住啊，來這家酒家少少準備，等埋單有時要耐心小小。轉眼，屋企人叫我埋單，啊，終於可以攞埋啡嘴，開心行啦！😁🥢🍵
