成日聽啲前輩講,依家車仔麵多元化,但係食唔番以前嘅風味🧐位於油麻地輝記車仔麵,咖喱魷魚、花膠、瑞士雞翼通通都冇😅有嘅就係80年代傳統車仔麵嘅原貌😚小編每逢經過油麻地都會試,輝記車仔麵嘅水牌大部份都係車仔麵嘅基本組合🤨豬皮、豬紅、牛腩等🤫另外只有粗幼麵同油麵,落嘅唔係沙嗲汁而係牛腩汁,呢啲就係傳統車仔麵👍🏻今日收工經過舖頭只有老闆娘😬環境雖然一般,但望住老闆娘係車仔檔煮麵,視覺及味覺,充滿回憶🤤小編照舊叫豬紅、豬腸、牛腩加幼麵🤤豬紅爽滑,豬腸爽口仲有少少油脂,配合埋細細舊嘅碎腩,完全係舊時車仔麵嘅風味, 同依家嘅車仔麵有好大嘅對比,現今車仔麵嘅殺手鐧臘汁沙嗲汁係輝記車仔麵黎講係真係需要?好食指數:8/10
