To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 次次一經過康怡就會見到好多人排隊食呢間冰室，於是今次一於試一試鐵板美式什扒薯菜 (蒜茸汁)$85呢個什扒有(牛扒，雞扒，豬扒，腸仔，煙肉)，看落個鐵板好似比平時出面鋸扒細份，但每種款都有，食落自然份量岩岩好食得晒，個蒜茸汁好香，仲有蒜粒係到，但個鐵板就唔夠熱，落汁都唔會好大煙，但呢個價錢食到咁多款都幾抵食。鐵板西冷牛扒薯菜 (蒜茸汁) 7成$98今次同樣叫左蒜茸汁，牛扒唔算太厚身，但勝在幾入味，好香口，易咬唔會太多筋，叫7成岩岩好，小小熱力令佢再熟返小小添凍檸茶(小甜)$26每次都會叫小甜，但我個人來說就甜左小小啦金記炸雞翼(2隻)$30兩隻雞翼都係全翼黎，上面有小小椒鹽帶返小小咸味，幾脆身好香口金記炸雞脾$33雞脾就比較細隻而且有小小乾身，而且都幾多油添整體來說，以呢類冰室來講價錢都唔算貴，而家環境都幾舒服乾淨，喜歡食茶餐廳類型都可以試試🍽8/10🔎 金記冰室 (太古)太古康山道1-2號康怡廣場北座地下G5-G6號舖
