To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日午餐，我們四個同事一齊坐幾分鐘的士，由銅鑼灣入跑馬地食上海菜。一坐下，我們很快就點了幾份午市小菜分享。菜肉餛飩 : 餛飩皮薄，涵料充足，簡單清湯上，相當實在的傳統菜肉餛飩。上海獅子頭 : 獅子頭肉嫩，豬肉不會死實實得來也有點彈牙，伴以白菜平衡一下，是我很喜歡的一味上海菜。麻婆豆腐 : 這個辣味不重，豆腐嫩滑，很是香口開胃。雲腿津白 : 傳統上海菜色，大白菜清湯煮，加上金華火腿絲的咸咸香香，風味十足。豆沙鍋餅 : 這個後加的豆沙鍋餅涵料份量十足，外皮香脆，只是有部分位置略硬，可能些微過了火候。這裡的上海菜功架十足，味道以清淡為主，保留了食物的原味，適合喜歡傳統風味的朋友。
