每碟有六隻雲吞,雲吞皮頗薄,咬落帶點彈性。本來還以為用上帕爾瑪火腿做餡料味道會較重,食落餡料和醬汁的味道都較為清淡,對於食開重口味既小妹確係有點失望,而配菜中的蘆筍咬落爽脆鮮甜。

一打開保鮮紙,內裡除了鯛魚外,仲有蘿蔔、洋蔥、車厘茄、薯仔等配菜。先呷一口內裡的湯汁,由於吸收了食材的精華,所以飲落係非常的鮮甜,鯛魚的魚肉亦頗嫩滑細緻; 其他配菜都煮得腍身入味,好味!

由於平時多數食牛扒多,所以今次便決定試下炭燒豬肩肉。餐廳提議如果唔怕生既可以食五或七成熟,肉質會較好味,所以我地就揀左五成熟。上桌時的豬肩肉已切好了一片片,用石板盛著;配菜有菠菜和車厘茄等,再配上蘋果芥末醬。

五成熟既豬肩肉,內裡呈現粉嫩色,清楚見到肉質紋理。咬落肉質鬆化富肉汁,味道其實幾似牛肉既質感,還帶有陣陣炭香味,配埋清新既蘋果芥末醬,好味!
