To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

特別的日子，搵間特別的餐廳，食Ｄ普通但特別的食物～點解又普通但特別呢，因為我地食只是普通的叉燒，不過就特別在佢係西班牙黎據師傅講，此叉燒成本十分高，有一次師傅發現來貨的質素差，一次過弄晒佢，難怪一向係米芝連常客～叉燒厚身，肥瘦比例剛好，食果時肉汁四濺，如果用質素同份量計算，我本人覺得幾抵食ＴＩＭ其他食物都有不錯味道，呀，不能不提，他們的服務很細心，他們不知道用什麼方法，知道我是個左撇子，把餐具放在左邊
