沙田美食好多, 但係其中一樣令我最回味就係強記沙田雞粥。頭盤點左清酒煮蜆,用咗清酒加上薑片去除腥味,蜆味鮮甜無沙加上淡淡的酒香。之後就到蒜蓉炒小白菜,小白菜睇起來新鮮配上蒜蓉快炒。保留着小白菜嘅清甜。之後就到蒜蓉蒸蟶子,蟶子無沙,加上制過的蒜蓉一齊蒸,令到蟶子嘅鮮味提高到淋漓盡致。上面的粉絲吸收左蟶子嘅精華同埋香濃嘅豉油,一條都冇剩。接着就到我哋個蟹粥,蟹粥充滿蟹嘅鮮味,粥底有廣東粥嘅綿。蟹亦都好多肉。最後到我哋嘅主角「雞粥」,雞有雞味,雞肉經過醃過,但唔會搶咗雞原有嘅鮮味。
