Restaurant: 傷心酸辣粉 (桂林街)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 傷心酸辣粉是在深水埗起家的,當年只是一家小店,這在深水埗是很常見的,而賣的是簡單的四川小吃-又酸又辣的粉麵,配菜十分簡單,但憑著味道夠地道,所以吸引一眾喜歡吃辣的朋友,分店開到全港九,十分成功。之前一直以為只售賣粉麵,但如果唔係朋友帶我黎,唔知道現時已發展到連雞煲烤魚都有,菜式變得更多元化。今次主要目的是食烤魚,所以只叫少少冷盤前菜,分別是土豆絲、蒜泥白肉、麻辣百頁,烤魚分量超大,魚先炸過,所以吸了湯汁後也不會散,味道更入味,當中更有大量配菜,如金菇、蓮藕等,我地仲另外加咗薯粉,原來薯粉都有粗幼之分,姐姐提議我地食幼果隻,因為更快熟,味道更入味,果然無介紹錯🤣 至於其他配菜也一點不馬虎,全部都很惹味😋
