嚟開呢頭,見呢度近排人氣高企,即管試吓,順便睇吓有冇機會見到江若琳招牌香橙豬軟骨湯麵 ($48)配搭非常新穎,用橙酒煮汁可以減低豬軟骨嘅油膩感,仲落咗好多橙皮,令口感更清新,每咬一啖豬軟骨,橙味都勁濃郁,而且有好多舊,超開心;湯湯底係用雞腳、豬骨、豬皮、黃豆等材料去熬足超過20個鐘,飲落真係好清甜又帶好濃嘅橙味,感覺健康冇味精,最後我飲晒所有湯!糯米釀雞翼 ($18)$18有2隻真係好抵,但原來係辣嘅,係我唔食得辣啫......招牌五色水餃 ($48)幾吸引所以叫咗,心諗點解差唔多食完其他野都未嚟嘅?原來係即叫即包再煮成8分鐘。橙色(紅菜頭)有蝦肉芝士餡、黑色(墨魚汁)有黑松露豬肉餡、白色原味有豬肉餡、綠色(菠菜汁)有素菜、小棠菜及冬菇粒、黃色(蛋汁)有冬菇絲、木耳絲及筍絲。蝦肉芝士餡好有驚喜;黑松露豬肉餡好香;果然睇得又食得食食吓見到江若琳,佢好nice仲同我影相添!平時嚟呢頭都唔知食咩好,呢度環境乾淨食物又健康冇味精,食完都唔鹹,值得一試!
