To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去左土瓜灣Smart Cafe試下佢主打既虹吸咖啡。咁野食就隨便叫左個紅菜頭帶子蜆肉意粉啦，但上到黎我覺得睇落同食落都係扇貝，有黃肉有裙邊。問左個睇落後生講野唔太純正既男店員，佢就一味話唔知咩係帆立貝，唔知同帶子既分別，同呢度淨係有帶子。扇貝當帶子，當客人唔識分，反正我就唔支持呢間餐廳。順帶講埋虹吸咖啡，我地叫左熱黃金曼特寧同凍榛子咖啡。我就覺得2杯都有味但有d淡，純係主觀感受，唔會有下一次啦。
