To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 即使八點都已預先訂位,到步眼見只是七成full,都安排一張超差嘅枱,要求要另一張二人枱,推說什麼什麼,最後堅持都成功轉到!餐廳地方唔算好細,但真係異常嘈吵,少見的素菜店這麼嘈!素菜款式算係有多種選擇,今晚二人只簡單點了其中——竹笙燴素翅:湯芡略嫌太重手,素翅爽口,不過不失。咕嚕素球:似模似樣,素球麵根都算有口感,整體ok。東北砂鍋粉皮:味道幾好,但都係一樣個芡太勁,當中只有一款仿蝦丸都幾真!上湯浸白菜仔:menu沒有的普通上湯白菜仔反而係最好食。異常嘈雜的素菜餐廳、真正一般的服務態度、中規中矩的食物質素,短期內都應該唔會再次光顧!
