又回到荃灣餐廳的Battlefield ... 大霸街,有新店,放馬過來!“霸王叉燒滑蛋飯”,像倒瀉豉油一樣,賣相嚇人,如果豉油讓食客自己下,又或者用濃稠的珠油,就不會這樣,失敗。把蛋揭開,發覺飯不夠乾身,又不夠熱,死罪!蝦和蛋還好,雖然是雪蝦,但不會淡而無味,也沒沒有雪藏味,但賣相和飯已把這碟頭飯徹底翻車了!“霸王蜂蜜叉燒脆脆豬”,义燒夠嫩,但無什麼炭燒味,蜂蜜塗在包面上,包又要用手拿著吃,手指就變得黏手,如果蜜糖在义燒𥚃面就不會弄髒手,味道也會好些 。不過义燒也是用心薄切成幾片的,進食時义燒就不會掉出來,挽回點分。

“霸王蜂蜜叉燒脆脆豬”,义燒夠嫩,但無什麼炭燒味,蜂蜜塗在包面上,包又要用手拿著吃,手指就變得黏手,如果蜜糖在义燒𥚃面就不會弄髒手,味道也會好些 。不過义燒也是用心薄切成幾片的,進食時义燒就不會掉出來,挽回點分。
