To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間溢進真係開左好多年，亦都成日行過見到，但就一直冇話想試下，因為個門面唔係咁吸引，原諒我都係屬於外貌協會既朋友黎！點解突然會去試呢，話說早排上OpenRice search下大埔墟有邊間沙爹牛好食，search到佢，於是去試試啦！佢有個全日特餐，沙爹牛肉麵份量夠，味道似大排檔小菜果d沙爹，不過味道我覺得淡左少少，但佢另外配有多士、炸薯餅同漢堡扒，我覺得抵食既！之後再有一日黎試個午餐，個炒河夠火喉又唔算多油，我反而係推介佢d炒粉炒飯，抵食又大碟而且餸既比例都多，呢間都成為左我喺大埔墟飯堂之一啦！
