To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 麗香園冰室 - 價廉物美冰室今天因為工作關係過了港島東那邊,和同事放工後,就在附近的商場逛逛,因為是小商場關係,就隨意找一間茶記冰室吃晚飯,想不到有驚喜的價廉物美。淡啖無骨海南雞非常多的海南雞件,選用雞髀的位置,而且去了骨,雞皮脂肪香加上雞肉的滑溜,配上甜豉油、蒜蓉,名副其實的啖啖肉,套餐還包括老火例湯和飲品。鮮茄焗炸雞脾飯熱辣辣的炸雞脾,外皮炸得香脆,內裏雞肉嫩滑多汁,配上鮮茄焗飯,濃郁的蕃茄醬汁加上芝士,完美的配搭。法蘭西多士金黃色的西多士夾着粗粒花生醬,再配上牛油和糖漿,簡單又美味的港式美食。熱奶茶香濃茶香加上幼滑牛奶沖制而成的奶茶。
