To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我每次經過都見到客人不絕，想必一定係有水準之作！今晚終於有時間試一試佢！店內裝修好懷舊，一睇就知係經營已久既街坊老店👍🏼食物選擇主要以上海麵為主，配料選擇都有十樣八樣，貴精不貴多😊價錢亦非常大眾化第一次食當然要試下佢地既排骨啦😋菜膽排骨麵 $38佢所謂既排骨，其實係炸豬排🥩，上枱時熱辣辣絕對係即叫即炸，非常酥脆，而且豬排亦唔會好乾好硬👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼麵質軟硬適中，仲配左白菜仔🥬健康啲總括而言，性價比高，下次要試埋其他配料😎
