To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

要數連鎖式集團日式廻轉壽司店，一定要數元氣！對我來說元氣簡直是日本菜入面的「麥當勞」，能夠做到快、靚、正。炸多春魚（$37）炸物食唔少，尤其係炸雞翼，炸軟殼蟹咁，都非常好味！今次試下炸多春魚卻有點失望，因為脆皮太厚，而且可能因為魚春出水的關係，唔夠乾爽影響炸物的味道。三色刺身（$50）有三文魚、北寄貝、帶子三款刺身，最正係帶子夠厚，非常鮮甜。吉列炸蝦（$12）吉烈炸蝦超酥脆可口，完全合味道，抵讚！日式燉蛋（$20）精緻的日色燉蛋表面滑一滑，入面材料充足，十分暖胃。
