To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時去開沙田, 都一定係食貴野架啦! 每人最低消費都$1XX 起!由於近排洗大左, 靈機一動, 不如平平地, 食IKEA 啦。據我觀察, 一到7點半, 就開始一位難求啦。所以唔想等位既, 就最好7點半前到!今次食左三文魚菠菜麵, 一般, 三文魚唔多, 但佢個肉醬底OK既!之後當然有叫招牌肉丸啦, 仲一定要多醬添, 咁先好食!初頭見到有薯格賣, 都諗緊買唔買好, 因為好怕佢放好耐, 淋晒!但見好多人都有見, 見佢又唔係貴,$13, 所以就試下啦。比想像中好食既, 但都係唔及KFC 好食個炒菇不過不失, 純粹係覺得有個菜會健康啲!最後甜品揀左蘋果批! 由於唔想凍食, 所以我食前都係拎去叮佢一陣,好食好多!
