Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

疫情之下，決定少食茶記，搵間似樣啲嘅餐廳食晏。十二點入座，已經有半數座位有客，餐廳不大，但只得兩個待應，原本以為慢吞吞，點知服務又幾迅速同伴點了啤酒，本來餐牌內的啤酒都是＄28～，點知佢係都要呢個牌子＄48，有錢就是任性跟手叫咗個辣雞薯條＄55，賣相有點醜陋，不過真是有啲辣，醃得幾入味。我點了豬扒意粉＄55，餐牌有寫可以指定少意粉，不過份量都好多，而且有兩塊豬扒，要好努力至食得哂。伴碟的椰菜可以熱啲就好啦。加＄5可以飲cafe latte.
