To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天想吃台式午餐，而茶木是一個不錯的選擇。午餐台式飯麵，亦有意式手作麵和希臘式藜麥飯，價格由$68-$78。Teawood 紅燒牛肉麵$78紅燒牛肉大大件，有三件，採用牛𦟌部分，炆得軟腍又入味。配菜有紅蘿白和白蘿蔔，質地比較硬身。麵條是粗麵條，口感Q彈，口感滑滑，而湯底亦濃香惹味，不錯。自選午餐$69自選午餐有前菜、餸及麵或飯，選擇好彈性。前菜幾豐富，有雪菜毛豆、麻辣雞腎和滷水旦，味道平平。主菜：沙茶烤夫炖牛腹腩份量足，牛腹腩肉味濃厚，肉質夠腍身又不失嚼感，沙茶味很突出，濃而不辣，烤夫索哂D汁，好惹味.怪不得餐牌上有推介。古早味肉燥飯的肉燥份量比較少，有醬油的甜味又唔太咸，味道甜香，真的好下飯。黑糖薑母茶甜甜地，薑味比較淡，味道以黑糖為主。胚芽奶茶的茶味幾香，唔太甜，加上胚芽的甘香，幾好飲。這兒的午餐性價比不錯，是午餐的好選擇。
