幾個朋友一早預訂左位置黎試下呢間放題,順便補祝其中一位朋友生日。紅假前夕,收費係$258/人/2hr,唔係話好平價,俾多少少都食到大_屋系列。餐廳位置頗多,算係食過比較闊落嘅放題,特別我地7位,可以坐圓枱,比較方便傾計,唔會話頭尾嘅朋友遠到零交流!餐牌選擇都算豐富,一般放題有嘅都有齊架喇,刺身、壽司、炸物、燒物等。飲品方面自取,除左有道地罐裝/包裝飲品,有汽水、啤酒、果汁、陽光系列飲品,居然仲有熱維他奶(笑)。自助吧仲有少量沙律、水果、甜品,不過當日我地食第二輪,有啲甜品尚未fill齊。豆腐/綠茶味gelato:試左豆腐味,味道突出,雪糕質地都算滑,而且獨立包裝,比較衛生。另外仲有幾款味道嘅雪米糍。通常食放題我地都係先點刺身、壽司類,後點熟食啦,照呢個模式落單,一般放題都好快會上到刺身,不過呢間奇怪地係不停好快上熱食,最終刺身等左超過30分鐘先食到第一盤呢!(鐘意食刺身嘅可能要密密寫)刺身有三文魚、北寄貝、中拖羅、帶子、白肉豚、油甘魚、赤貝、八爪魚、赤蝦、鮑片、甜蝦、希靈魚等,乜都點左啲。賣相唔錯,但就唔係樣樣好食三文魚算係食過放題比較靚,雖然唔係腩但都幾肥美,冇乜筋位;北寄貝、八爪魚

通常食放題我地都係先點刺身壽司類,後點熟食啦,照呢個模式落單,一般放題都好快會上到刺身,不過呢間奇怪地係不停好快上熱食,最終刺身等左超過30分鐘先食到第一盤呢!(鐘意食刺身嘅可能要密密寫)

刺身三文魚、北寄貝、中拖羅、帶子、白肉豚、油甘魚、赤貝、八爪魚、赤蝦、鮑片、甜蝦、希靈魚等,乜都點左啲。
賣相唔錯,但就唔係樣樣好食

三文魚算係食過放題比較靚,雖然唔係腩但都幾肥美,冇乜筋位;北寄貝、八爪魚幾爽口,唔會乾爭爭;帶子都係少有食到覺得鮮甜冇雪感;赤蝦夠大隻唔腥

拖羅、白豚肉、油甘魚比較普通,唔會想encore;赤貝係冇味,而希靈魚係有點腥

我地都試左唔少,整體黎講都合格,飯就屬於較硬身,冇乜醋味架喇,幸好就唔算話好大舊飯

軍艦嘅紫菜都算脆口,唔會淋bat bat。
火炙三文魚腩、火炙味噌醬蟹棒普普通通。

章紅魚薄切拌柚子酢,當中嘅章紅魚比刺身嘅油甘魚、拖羅好食。
另外兩份係吞拿魚他他、水晶香芒大蝦卷。

熟食方面,一開頭嘭嘭聲咁上,到我地第二輪加單,就開始有漏單情況,同店員反映,佢地都係話再畫紙。
最終都有好多熟食我地係點左但冇上。

熟食整體比較一般,當中以塩燒牛舌、燒雞翼係比較好食。

芝麻雞翼炸粉較厚,唔係即時做,味道點都爭啲。皮硬身,雞翼就冇乜問題。
我地覺得另一款燒雞翼較好食,所以有加單,但加左兩轉,到接近埋單先黎左幾隻。

最後,每人有一盒movenpick/dreyers雪條,2揀1,雪糕有雲呢拿、士多啤梨、朱古力味;雪條係芒果、抹茶。
任食嘅話要喺自助吧取雪糕球/雪米糍。

我對呢餐冇抱任何期望,連埋加一都超過280蚊位,基於本身價錢唔係平價嗰種,所以質素都唔會太劣,點都一定好過劣食塔嗰啲。

刺身壽司類都算合格,熟食就唔係樣樣好食,差唔多價位我諗好多人都會揀番九龍區嘅放題,黎呢度純粹因為方便。
服務方面一般,可能餐廳較大,人手唔係話好足,個個都好繁忙咁,而且亦都遇到漏單情況,如果漏單唔洗催架喇,因為店員會叫你再點。
