To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 從朋友口中得知，原來生日去Ocean Park 係免費。已經有十年以上無黎ocean park，佢地最緊又有新遊戲同水族館，於是就喺生日黎行吓。除咗免費之外，仲有餐飲同購物優惠，於餐廳用膳有8折。到咗灣景開餐，個view真係無敵，無敵大海景；但食物同服務都好一般。自助形式，雖然有服務員，但佢地都唔多會執枱同抹枱。我地兩個人，要咗咖哩雞飯($128)同紅酒炆牛肉飯($138)，兩個都跟haagen dazs細杯雪糕。咖哩雞飯有飯同薄餅，仲有好多雞，但就無薯仔。味道唔錯，唔辣；薄餅用夠牛油都整，所以好香。紅酒炆牛肉飯，牛肉粒較韌較鞋，但個醬汁唔錯，都真係食到有紅酒味。仲有蔬菜，係西蘭花同紅蘿蔔之類。環境雖好，但食物一般，而且偏貴，8折後都有$106/ person。
