去老鼠洲食海鮮可能無咩人知,其實就是現在的青山灣,近來四處和食家朋友去試時令的奄仔蟹,今次揀了三聖邨的這家滲入泰式煮海鮮的店子,特別揀了手扳咁長嘅瀨尿蝦用香茅泡油,端上枱時香味十足勁多香料和香脆的腰果做配菜,好味到差些忘了主菜是啖啖肉鮮甜的瀨尿蝦。當然必要試的油鹽焗奄仔蟹,勁多羔又厚肉,"正"。吃完這兩重味的海鮮,店員端來一盅海鮮湯,完全是奶白色的足料海龍王做配料加上番茄薯仔淆湯,喝到停不了。繼續不要停,再來的是爽口彈牙的豉油皇鮑魚,且也很大隻,另一惹味的薑蔥焗蠔煲,其實已經大半飽了,朋友再叫了一個辣酒煮花螺,頗有泰式風味够辣,店員更介紹一個fusion菜,白酒忌廉煮花甲配烏冬底,口味新奇又好味,大家竟然也可以清晒枱,實在是大滿足。下次才試它的名菜芝士龍蝦!
