To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨晚朋友從荷蘭回港,我地約好一行3人去食日本野,約好在上環等,一出站就見一間日本放題,問過價錢及時間,原來係不限時的,我們便入去食野啦, 職員安排我哋坐卡位,然後有人 斟茶及介紹餐牌,原來有3款的,我地問職員其實分別,原來有份對比分別 嘅餐牌可以畀你了解清楚,我地3個女人 諗咗好耐,最終選擇最貴個種 試下, 職員 畀落單我哋落單,還 主動問我哋飲乜嘢, 我哋唔知點寫 職員主動介紹協助我哋 落單, 好少見任食場會咁樣做, 招乎真係算十分好, 第一轉刺身盤 真係好大, 而且很新鮮, 當食完知新盤後, 唔知食乜好, 因此問了職員有乜嘢好食, 職員介紹焗豪華元貝及串燒畀我哋, 還主動送我哋要特別食品(汁煮石班), 期間都一直都換有換碟及飲茶, 服務真係令人意想不到, 到最後職員送咗一個特別嘅甜品畀我朋友㖭,好似個雪人禁樣家,今晚呢餐食得好開心。下次一定會再來。
