上星期四晚食過呢間越南菜餐廳,試咗2人餐,份量好多而去價錢吸引,最重要係味道都好好,值得推介生牛肉河粉。牛肉片薄得嚟唔怕太少太寡,味道濃郁。河粉亦好多,上枱時牛肉仲係粉紅色,浸泡多一陣就熟晒,時間控制得剛剛好。香茅豬扒金邊粉。豬扒滿滿的一碟,厚度足足一支筷子尾咁,而且香口嫩滑。重重的香茅味令人食指大動!伴碟的青檸及辣椒片亦都令湯底更加昇華。牛油雞翼。濃厚的牛油味包圍著雞翼,口腔內每一寸空間都充斥著爆香的蒜蓉及牛油的甘香味!雞翼好厚肉而且好有味,給我一碗粉或麵,簡直可以作一主菜食!越南春卷4件(小食)春卷炸得熱辣辣上枱。外皮鬆脆而內面仍保持多汁滋味。內面的陷數唔清楚,應該有蘿蔔、木耳、椰菜、豬肉、蝦肉、冬菇等等,多重的口感非常吸引!上湯生菜。
